Spopovitch

Spopovich is a human fighter who competed in the previous World Martial Arts Tournament and lost, being fairly weak. But now he is under Babidi’s control, and therefore has supernatural powers. Among them are the ability to fly and an apparent inability to die. The zombie-like Spopovich is sent to the tournament with his companion Yamu to drain energy from the other fighters for use in reviving Majin Buu.

Spopovich defeats Videl in the tournament, drains power from Gohan and uses this energy to feed the Buu cocoon.
